All down to personal taste personally id go for the r32 because its so underpowered for what that block is capable of and if you go down the line of forced induction you wouldnt need to worry about forget internals etc |

If the golf r is anything to go by it sounds like a rifle going off on every gear change and made me feel sick after having my internal organs rearanged, not sure if the r 32 has the same power or not ? |

The standard r32 is slightly less hp but its massively more tunable the R has a tuned 2.0 turbo lump whereas the 32 is a NA3.2v6 you can comfortable tune them over 300horse with minimal changes and thats before you even think about superchargers and such they are a modders wet dream |

A m3 won't lose a remapped 330d msport & yes its the faster car but won't do 55mpg on a run |

You always find people start with a Scoobie then go to the dark side and get an Evo then eventually grow up and get an Audi like we did haha . Audi RS4 was the best of the lot though TBH I think the car scene has lost its edge now not as popular as it used to be |

A friend of mine has a 1100+ bhp Subaru for sale if you want fast
£125k and it's yours
Out of the options id choose the Audi, but comparable cars I'd be going with a skyline. |

Alternatively are you wanting new or used?
An RS6 with a remap gets absolutely insane, think I saw one on eBay not long back over 700bhp and 1000nm of torque.....or something along those lines
You can pick up an older RS6 for under £30k.
Or how about the new M4 GTS? its pretty mental, one lives near us and they are gorgeous! |

Used opens up way more options since the prices are waaaaay cheaper. Can't believe an R34 GTR isn't on your list
I'd cross the R32 off the list personally, if you've got a bit of cash to spend have you thought about the A45 AMG? Untouchable as far as standard hot hatches go. |

I could of bought a rs4 but I got a Escort Cosworth which has gone up in value considerably.. I should of bought another one but I sold a 911 to buy a escort Mexico..the thing is the two of them are worth a gallardo so it's kinda like a Audi hahaha |

I had an 06 plate R32 few years back, had it for 6 months but never really felt fully comfortable cos the seat wouldn't go anymore forward and I like the whole ball of my feet over the pedals, with that I pressing them with my tip toes. I had a Honda s2000 after that. The golf was nippy but I never mention the R32 when I reminisce about the cars I used to have, but the new ones do look nice I suppose. |

Save yourself serious money and get the new GTI over the new R. It's the same engine just tuned differently. You could spend 25% of that money you saved on a decent remap and be up to R level power |

Wait for the new Alfa Giulia, it has a turbo charged Ferrari V6 with 550bhp and wiped the floor with the M4 round the Nurbergring. Clarkson also says ita better than the M3 and he LOVES the M3.
Out of the 3 you listed though I'd go for the Beemer. It'll hold it's residuals better and it's less chavvy. Just remember that it has indicators. |

They are old cars and you really need to look around for a good one. Also most of them are being sold to USA or used for drifting so they are going up in price.
If you drive normally is 50mph. So not bad.
I should not know so much about them , but I do
