It always makes me laugh when I see profiles that have a Disclaimer on it such as
**WARNING: Any institutions or individuals using this site or any of its associated sites for studies or projects - You DO NOT have permission to use any of my profile or pictures in any form or forum both current and future. If you have or do, it will be considered a violation of my privacy and will be subject to legal ramifications ***
As if anyone actually reads these and say " oh gosh I better not copy these pictures or someone might tell me off "
 does anyone actually read them ? its a bit like T&Cs lol |

What gets me is if they are too stupid to realise the warning is meaningless and has no legal basis at all, are they really bright enough to take someone to court? I think not. A waste of valuable Fab server space. |

Its the same as people who pass on emails/texts that say. .
"If you dont pass this on (a company) will start harging you to use its services"

It's as though posting that disclaimer will actually stop someone using your photos. If people feel that strongly about their photos not being used then, don't post them on a public website. Me personally I couldn't give a toss if a picture of my tits wound up on some university research project! |

No idea how it started. Do remember seeing them we first started using fab, which was about 2009. |
