Rio Ferdinand claimed he forgot he needed to be tested and got a ban, in my _iew not enough, he should have been banned for life. If you participate and accept the massive financial rewards you accept the conditions set out and stick to them. Yes they are onerous but they need to. I genuinely believe that a more stringent approach would clean up sport really quickly. I watch and admire these athletes and hate questioning all the time "are they clean". Gatland and those like him deserve the boos. | |||

Daley just got 103.6 for his last brilliant dive. Really tight competition with the Chinese Qiu Bo.

"Oh Likety - Taekwondo is such a wonderful and exciting spectacle. It's by far my favourite event at the Olympics. My 8 - year - old (a blue belt) loves it. It's the best sporting martial art in my opinion and once you understand the scoring system, it's fascinating tactically too. Some matches are all action, others like chess. | |||

Oh Likety - Taekwondo is such a wonderful and exciting spectacle. It's by far my favourite event at the Olympics. My 8 - year - old (a blue belt) loves it. It's the best sporting martial art in my opinion and once you understand the scoring system, it's fascinating tactically too. "oooh if you are all watching the hockey... i won't tell you what has just happenened in the taekwando... I don't get Taekwondo. Odd thing. I'm sadly going to admit I've only just found all the other Olympic channels... just as it's coming to an end.
Tom Daley is doing well in the diving but the competition is fierce.
