Becoming deadlier?

In this modern 21st century we inhabit do you think that the concept of the seven deadly sins still holds up today or could you add some new ones?

Which one of the seven deadly sins are you most guilty of? We'll take lust as a given perhaps!!!!

After reading that the average household wastes almost £600 a year on over bought food, gluttony is something I am going to look at because I know I have to throw out a lot of food due to overbuying. Are supermarkets therefore guilty of greed in making us over buy with BOGOFF's etc?

So all of you sinners out there - do you fancy exposing your deadly vice? Adding a new one for us to consider. Or would you like to polish your halo?

We can't have it both ways.

People insist on having access to cheap food, even when it puts small retailers and less efficient producers out of business. We can hardly criticise supermarkets for supplying cheap, albeit in a way that benefits them too.

Nobody is forced to take advantage of special offers.

Exactly thats why I listed gluttony as my biggest sin these days.

I'm adding seduction via temptation as the 8th one in my list then rather than calling supermarket giants greedy That was very judgemental of me - ooh theres sin number nine my list is growing by the second......

suffolk

Some useless information

The original offences and their punishments

Pride - Broken on the wheel

Envy - Put in freezing water

Gluttony - Forced to eat rats, toads, and snakes

Lust - Smothered in fire and brimstone

Anger - Dismembered alive

Greed - Put in cauldrons of boiling oil

Sloth - Thrown in snake pits

Menston near Ilkley

A proud look.

A lying tongue.

Hands that shed innocent blood.

A heart that devises wicked plots.

Feet that are swift to run into mischief.

A deceitful witness that uttereth lies.

Him that soweth discord among brethren

Makes me wonder why Tony B Liar turned to Catholisism?
