I've lost a lot of weight recently, so my boobs are rubbish. I'm trying to eat my body weight in chocolate and cheese in an attempt to get them back up to speed, 34D, which I'm very happy with |

High street stores (invluding bravissimo and M&s) are still using the +4 method.
If your under bust measurement is 32, it's 32. Why would you add 4 to bring it up to 36?! You'll get not support from that. (It's actually because in the old days material didn't have the stretch that new materials do these days)
34E is actually a tiny cup size.

As Dee says Bravissimo just give you bras in a few sizes to try then check fit as different brands/styles can differ greatly.

I've gone from a 40F to a 36E in the last 18 months. The size doesn't matter to me; the shape does. I may be stuck with sad danglers but since surgery would involve money and severing then reattaching the nipple I have chosen to be content with them instead. |

Typical if I lose weight the first place it comes off is my boobs (I don't have any to start with!)And if I put on weight they are the last place they go on

Cup size is irrelevant really. It's the complete bra size that matters I'm a 26Ff. No I don't have huge tits just a tiny back. It is very hard for a woman to be A/B/C cup most are just wearing the wrong back size |

The perfect boob size is the one that fills out but doesn't stretch the perfect dress, not so big they cause back ache but not so small you can't wear a cleavage revealing dress without creating a wind tunnel of sagging fabric.
Personally I love sensitive and responsive nipples much more than cup size. Such an available on switch |

I'm a 36 C. Nothing special visually at that size, but I comfort myself that I have the same handful as a 32 DD, just spread across a much wider back.
I would actually love to have much bigger boobs, but I'm a bit narrow in the hips and struggle to buy dresses as it is, due to being size 12 hips and size 14 waist and bust. |

Besides, most women are actually different sizes depending on the cut and style of the bra - you can go up a back size but down a cup size. It totally depends on the lingerie... |
