just be weary though that soon as you cut something out of your diet you'll drop the weight but it will come back on just as fast when you start eating it again..
guess thats why they say make life style choices and loose it slowly than go on fad diets and yo yo |

Not a healthy plan.
If you can increase your activity/exercise levels and decrease your energy intake you'll have the best option to get weight loss. Sit less and do extra movement as frequently as possible. Get up extra early every day for running, swimming, cycling, walking etc - that time spent can be in excess of your other exercise. Heavy weight training. Lots of cardio. It will shock your body.
Use smaller plates and thus have smaller portion sizes. Walk instead of car etc. Sleep properly. |

Read the book "why we get fat and what to do about it" by Gary Taubs
Hes not a quack but a scientist...
In summary.... carbs make you fat
The "fat makes you fat" theory touted after ww2 was based on flawed science and is finally being seen for what it is.... nonsense..
Sugar, pasta, bread et etc...great to add fat
Science all explained in said book |
