I prefer Cava but if you found it too dry add it to orange juice for a refreshing bucks fizz...goes down very well at breakfast

Yes, I've been known to drink the odd Prosecco or two

I tend to buy the Sainsburys Taste the Difference bottle when it's reduced, as the quality can really vary.

Prosecco?

It's just an Italian version of champagne.. basically fizzy white wine but you can get still too.

Nice with cranberry juice.

Spot on. Oddly enough, Aldi sell 2 or 3, 1 is £5.99 and one about £8 and the cheaper one is more drinkable than the £8 one. Co-op sell 2 or 3 types and always have one on offer about £7, usually drinkable

Love a Prosecco with Chambord

Although I drank far too much last night so I'm trying not to think about it....

As with most things in life, you get what you pay for ...

If it's a fiver a bottle it's bound to be rank...

I usually spend between 7-9 quid for a decent one

Gin makes me horribly depressed, haven't touched it for 40 years.

(Did I really just say 40 years I'm turning into my mother)

I remember a picture in my history book at school called 'Gin Lane'. Always made me think of trying it.

There's a sainsburys taste the difference one they have on offer quite often that's really nice, or a frexinet black bottle I've had from tesco, might be cava- that's often on offer too that is lovely. Both about £7.50- £8 on offer

Obviously didn't watch Oz and James' Big Wine Adventure...episode on champagne James found best was made in a garage and Oz not only agreed but said producers such as Krug owed much of their success to Millon's in advertising.
