Norfolk is our next holiday although not booked it yet but we normally go in sept or oct. We go away lots of weekends to watch footy too. Going Venice too but need to actually book it !

Venice is beaut. Depending on how long you're there, there's a lovely beach at a place called Lido very close to Venice island by ferry!

Fourth and last holiday of the year (unless I have a windfall and can bugger off for Xmas) is New Orleans, Nashville and Memphis in November, will be there for Thanksgiving. Health permitting

Sardinia in January with a group of mates to celebrate our retirement.

Malaga in May with a girlfriend to chill.

Jamaica in August with my sister and her family as we've never been and think at 50 and 55 we should.

Iceland cruise in November with girlfriend to see northern lights.

It is, but my niece is 14 so we can only travel during the summer holiday. Bummer for me as it's peak time and if I want to reduce the cost I'll have to travel with them: they live in Milan!

We're going to Cyprus next Sunday for 2 weeks for our family holiday ... have been several times before, know it very well and therefore know we'll have a great time.

Also have a long weekend in Dublin to look forward to in November when we'll be seeing Biffy Clyro.
