Just having one of my down days but trying to look at the good stuff I have.
I have my friends and family a nice house I share with a house mate who's never really there I have a job I don't mind to much I only work 3 days a week and yet can do over time if I wish. I have stopped all drugs and not drinking no where nere as much just need to work on eatting better but that's it |

I often think Sunday's are a funny day. Keep focusing on the good stuff. Can you get out for a walk and a coffee maybe ?

Iam not sure why I just end up tell them shit they give me my meds and I walk away I might as well just keep using them for meds and skip the talk |

Write what you want to cover down before you go, refer to them in a structured way.
The GP is only as good as the information you share.
Ask if a particular GP leads on mental health in the practise and ask for a longer appointment |

That's kinda it I know why I feel shit some times and all they do ask me do rate my feelings and how I find doing day to day jobs tbh it's just to make sure I don't kill myself I think would look bad for them is all lol |
