I damaged the balls of my feet wearing high heels, they burned & ached for days after. I do find now if I'm out standing for long periods of time they start to burn. |

A nice cold foot bath with Epsom salts would help.
And in future....try strapping your 1st and 2nd toes together....supposed to help....but no idea why! Lol |
