Candles lit, weight watchers curry dinged and I even treated myself to "authentic" nann bread from the local shop!
So what's on the menu for you tonight? |

I bought a subway sandwich to eat after we get back from the club tonight. I'll probably be eating it alone because I think Marc will fall asleep as soon as we get back  |

Asparagus tips and shredded courgette lightly warmed in herbed oil
Sliced halves of new potatoes shallow fried for a strange chip effect.
1 bottle, scratch that, 2 bottles of chenin blanc (on offer at waitrose)

Scallops and prawn starter, Fillet steak main, and a mandarin cheesecake for afters.
G&T with cucumber ice cubes to start. Then a fine cool Sauvignon Blanc to accompany.
Pale ale for later with some nibbles while I watch a film. |
