I am 44 today but feel healthier, younger and more alive than I ever did in my 20s or 30s... I think I look better too weirdly.... I have so much energy it is ridiculous...and my sex drive is mental....I was wondering if this is the case for other people over 40?  |

Nope ... I entered my 40's as a new mum in a very unhappy marriage, with an undiagnosed underactive thyroid and the peri menopause about to kick in...
however, in my 50's with the menopause a distant memory, as well as the ex.. embracing single motherdom and a very healthy sex drive life is finally back on track

I shall be 37 in a couple of weeks. I have a bad back, knackered shoulder, my knees hurt and I've got a face like a tramp's arse. I do hope you're right about the 40s..

I feel the same as you. Maybe its because the older you get the wiser you get. I also couple this with living every day as if its my last and at 52 that might be sooner rather than later.
Keep getting out there and living life to the max and in a way that YOU want too without reproach. Enjoy your next 44 yrs and I'll see you when youre 88 when you'll tell me you feel the same as you do today and are so pleased you enjoyed every minute of life!! |
