In England?... Surely the workforce understanding the culture and people they serving is more important? The mentality of this nation is frightening now. |

nothing new has been going on in the haulage industry for years jobs being advertised only in former eastern block countrys agancies employing fluent speakers of polish chezk romainian to be able to cope . wages suppressed job done hauliers profit margins maintianed tory party promising and failing to cut imigration whilst taking huge donations from self same haulage companys ? can nobody see the link ? |

Well this is England where we respect others cultures and beliefs so the work force should be able to speak and understand English. There is nothing more insulting than using a service and the person serving can't understand a word you are saying.. I've lived in a lot of country's a d I can tell you it wouldn't happen there. We are a weak spineless nation now. Scared of upsetting anyone. |

obvioudley noe been in one of sports direct or jd sports big warehouse facilitys where the work force id now 90% ex eastern european cas they are cheap and will work stupid hours with out question go round the distribution centers of all the large supermarkets clothing and retail outlets and you will find the same forklift drivers who can barley understand you opperational workers the same only the management are british . but dont worry we want everything from clothes to food to be as cheap as possible and it to arrive tommorow you reap what you sow |

the problem is that is what he is claiming.... the daily mail haven't confirmed they saw the emails because they are all allegations...
.... and if that was the reason, it would actually be illegal...... |

Being Romanian would not be a GOR but having the ability to speak Romanian might be a skill needed for the role.
