found something on google where you can do in using screen resolution.
it's really complicated for me to explain at this time of the night so here's hoping i don't get banned for spamming:

i'm used to posting on sites that let you use those arrows between steps, you can't use them on here and i cba to figure out another way to do it, using - seems lame. |

The Ctrl-Alt-Direction key sequence is supposed to be used for changing your workspace. On my computer at work it changes the screen orientation.
Ctrl-Alt-Up – right side up
Ctrl-Alt-Right – 90 degrees
Ctrl-Alt-Down – 180 degrees
Ctrl-Alt-Left – 270 degrees
(If that doesn’t work, try Ctrl-Shift-R) |

What's your operating system?
It's normally ctrl + alt and the up arrow key to change back to normal. |

windows 8.1
there's something wrong with one of the drivers (touchpad one im guessing seeing as that's been playing up) so that also might be why it doesn't work.
ctrl alt and up just takes me to my first tab in this window. |
