if someone was likely to kill me or my loved ones if I didn't kill them. I'd hope I could disable them with a death stare first though |

Euthanasia rules must be amended...bit heavy a topic even for here I guess..but we should be able to choose death over suffering.

I've been asked in the past. Working in elderly care. 'You wouldn't let me live like this if I were a dog' is a line I've heard too often. |

Humans love making other humans suffer though.
The notion of a merciful death is not one that is lost on me. |

"I've always thought if one of those joyriding or DD type twats ever killed one of my kids..
I'd do time quiet happily & with zero remorse & H would back me 100% & wait for me..
S"
The only thing that'd stop me killing someone who threatened and/or abused my kids would be the thought of the effect upon them if I then ended up in prison at a time when they needed me. But it'd be extremely hard not to react. If it was literally a kill them or get killed situation I'd kill them though.

when someone has already caused death or serious harm to other innocent civilians and are continuing to pose an immediate serious danger. In those situations I would feel justified in taking what ever measures it requires to prevent further casualties. I would hope someone else would do the same if it was my family in danger and they had the opportunity to protect them. |

H has worked in Dementia Dept's/Lounges in residential homes for 14yrs now, Papers go on about how badly they are cared for but for many the carers are their family, many don't get family visit from one year to the next!! that is until they are close to death & then see them appear..As they say you can choose your friends etc....

Whether or not I just don't like the c@"t!
How much of an oxygen thief they were!
Would it be classed as humane?
Would I be doing society a favour?
If they could be classed as either Wine, coffee, beer (craft, cask, artisan) or artisan wanker!
If they ate my last Rolo!
I believe I have made valid points. |

Will Munny: It's a hell of a thing, killing a man. Take away all he's got and all he's ever gonna have.
The Schofield Kid: Yeah, well, I guess they had it coming.
Will Munny: We all got it coming, kid. |

Nothing can justify pre meditated murder, no matter what they did, if you sit down and plan in advance to kill another person to me that's wrong
Self defence for yourself or somebody else is a different matter, I don't think anybody in their right mind would expect you to just take an attack, of course your going to defend yourself, I would never mean to kill person even if it was self defence but if that was the out come I'd have to live with that, and if I saw somebody attacking any of my kids I wouldn't think twice of smacking them over the head even though I knew it could possibly kill them |

"Only protecting others.
I'd rather die than live with the guilt of killing someone."
Really?
If I saw somebody attacking my 15 year old daugher I wouldn't think twice about protecting her
If I died that would mean that person would carry in attacking my child then she would have to go into care then out on the streets alone at 18
So I would go out out to stop either of those happening
I wouldn't live happily ever after, even though I was defending my child I'd still feel bad I took another life but given the chose of them or me and my child living without a mum I would deffinatly be them |

It's all well and good sitting nice and safe taking on a forum about what you would or wouldn't do.
But In a genuine kill or be killed situation. I'd say logic goes out of the window and instinct takes over.
In a situation That will almost certainly never happen - someone pointing a loaded gun at me and I was within reach of another gun for example and I got the chance. I'd have no issue shooting first.

Only ever two justifiable instances
1. Anyone using the term 'Can I get a coffee ' etc when asking for something in a shop.
2. Inappropriate use of an upward inflection at the end of a sentence, making it sound Australian / a question, when it isn't.
Police won't even bother passing these to the CPS.

If they muddied the name of classical films by doing bad remakes of them and were determined to go on making more. Someone would have to stop them. |

Anyone using a keyboard or pen using M8 ur etc.
Anyone who walks along crowded streets oblivious to all except what is in their headphones.
Anyone who uses my breaking distance as a space to pull in or out of traffic.
Anyone who...
I think I may have a problem |

Anyone who repeats the urban myth that "we only use 10% of our brains" or thinks the film avatar had an original storyline. Anyone who starts a sentence with "scientists have found that" and anyone who thinks that Britsh public transport is fit for human beings to use. |

Might as well join the party;
Anyone who partakes in a belief system that advocates killing others who don't believe in their brand of fundamentalist fuckery.
Anyone who believes it is right to kill a daughter who 'dishonours' them by refusing to marry a toothless pensioner from a foreign country who they've never met.
Anyone who believes it is right to mutilate their own child's genitals with a rusty knife.
That'll do till I run out of ammo. |
