I clerly have never lived.
Never had a chicken burger and I have no idea what a falafel actually is (although I have heard of them).
I'm obviously missing out on important cultural experiences here |

The term burger gets used for stuff in a bun now.
A chicken burger is generally a chicken breast in a bun.
A falafel is ground chickpeas deep fried.
Try a venison burger though - it's worth it.

I get hold of deer every now and then, buggered if I'm going to take a leg/shoulder off the bone and run it through a mincer though. |

cook it, slice it steak thick, stick it in a bun and call it a burger. Or, have one at the next country show you go to.

Venison loin is akin to fillet steak, I have been known to make the ultimate steak sandwich with it. Will that do? |

I think I'd have to try it and see if you could get away with it. |

I was talking to a 'keeper not so long ago, I swapped him some lamb for some venison loin. Apparently, in butchers in London, it's £22/kg. I had 5 kilos.... |

That sounds about right. The deer in London tend to be there for us to look at. |

They do look very sweet. They don't wander up to this end of the same walk.

Probably beef.
I cooked a pack of chicken breast burgers from a well known brand the other day and they were absolutely gross. Each one must have had 30-40% RDA of salt in them. |

Muntjac are a big problem. They destroy habitat that's essential for other wildlife, and because they breed all year and have no natural predators, their population is increasing and consequently the problem they cause. Maybe if muntjac venison was cut with beef fat it'd make a decent burger. #problemsolved |
