Are you tolerant with others sexuality

That's a good point, everyone has a limit to tolerance. For most people, tolerance just means accepting what legal, which 60 years ago would have meant being intolerant of gays. |

I believe sexuality is a spectrum with most people being neither fully gay or fully straight.
Since men identifying as bisexual as a tiny minority then I assume most people are lying / in denial about their true sexuality. I'm not fussed about changing them though, I just think "yeah right" when they say gay or straight.
Not sure if that counts as intolerance? |

Not sure I care about bestiality unless it's cruel to the animal.

Not bothered about anyone else's preferences. ..
If it's not for me I don't go there ..
Just no tolerance for preferences for anyone that has a need to do something to anyone that wasn't wanted |

Yes it does, I am straight, not sure I want to be staight, it's a bit restrictive to eliminate 50% of potential partners in one word. But that's the way it goes.
Like others have said unless I want to have sex with you I don't care what you are into as long as it's consentual. But if I say not interested, I am not interested so don't try to convert me. |

The wording of this post suggests you're either concerned about other people not being "tolerant" of your sexuality, or you may not be sure if you're "tolerant" of others choice of sexuality.
I think this due to the use of the word "tolerant" This means it's asking do we put up with others choice of sexuality (even though we may not agree with it)?
I'm tolerant of a screaming baby at a wedding even though it's causing me to not hear the bride / groom and I'm half hoping the Mum will step out so I and others can hear. I'm tolerant because it's a baby and thus doesn't know to hush at a wedding. I have to put up with it and I've no choice in the matter.
I wouldn't describe myself as having to be tolerant of others sexuality because I need not "tolerate" it.. it's not something I have to grit my teeth and put up with as I don't accept it as possibly being wrong / annoying / taboo in the first place. Instead, I accept / respect someone based on their level of decency; my choice of accepting someone is regardless of their sexuality and not despite it.
It's like asking "would you say you're tolerant of people who's favourite colour is red?"... I couldn't give a fuck and needing to tolerate that choice doesn't enter into my thinking.
Maybe I've read too much into the wording of the original post! Ha |

Not inventing an argument, or even having an argument, just saying that your presumption that most people are bi, is just as wrong as the view that most are not bi.

To be honest... "being tolerant" suggests that I have some right to judge how others live their life.
In my personal view, as long as people are not hurting others, I couldn't care less about their sexuality. Everyone should have the chance to be happy.

Tolerant? Who am I to be tolerant, I've no right to be able to put on to others whether I tolerate their sexuality or not. Couldn't care less about peoples sexuality it won't change my interactions with them, would see myself as a pretty poor person if I were to.

I would not say tolerant more accepting of others sexuality and don't mind peeps of the same sex holding hands ect but do take exception when they snog each other's face off in public  that's taking things a bit far |

If 'tolerant' means I accept sexualities other than my own exist and I give them equal sexual rights to myself - even though I do not welcome their advances in any way shape or form then ...... yes I am tolerant.
If you mean would I have sex with people from all orientations or those who practise certain activities the answer is no..... I would be INTOLERANT of their sexuality in that i'd say ...not with me thanks. |
