"Bloody thing" is what I usually refer to it as, although that's mainly reserved for the gearbox nowadays.

My first car was also called the beast! I was a young looking 17 year old driving our ex family car (which I had booster seats in...) so it just dwarfed me.

S drives a Giulietta which I am pretty sure he loves more than me...
