"what about sad songs..." there is another thread about songs and some sad memories I think? I just wondered what made people happy...I have loads of songs I associate with great memories... Santana "Black Magic Woman" reminds me of a very happy albeit brief encounter one summer... |

That don;t impress me much - Shania Twain is a song which will very soon become a song attached to a happy memory for me.. To be revealed later... in hopefully a couple of weeks as it will mean really good news!! |

Fella i was dating (a biker) got me this and some choccies for me birthday.
I was 15 yrs old.
Never had a birthday gift off another fella since then |

Chanson D'Amour - Manhattan Transfer March 1977. Liverpool beat St. Etienne of France 3-1 at Anfield with a great come back. We then went on to win the European Cup for the first time. |

Rock around the clock.
One of my earliest memories was my mum teaching me to rock & roll and jive, to her favourite Bill Haley and his Comets.
I also remember my dad, helping me to stand on his feet then he danced me round the house to his favourite Nat 'King' Cole and Ella Fitzgerald records.
