How many of you girls send the opening messages? I've had a few not loads. Because of the sheer male to female ratio on here I don't think woman often search blokes out and make the first move.
Correct me if I'm wrong and let me know what your opening line is as blokes on here are often accused of lacking originality |

And what's your opening line and subject field? I always try and come up with something relative to the profile and still that doesn't work that often. Sounding very bitter haha, occasionally there is a reply  |

If I spot someone I like the look of and I'm feeling frisky I might send them a message. It would go something like this 'Hi. I've just noticed your profile, I think you're rather tasty and you seem to fit my preferences. Get back to me if you fancy chatting a bit more'

Also might be worth bearing in mind that some girls (well me and possibly therefore others on here) might leave messages unread or read while we're not in meet mode and might hotlist or save them for when we are. In which case they'll contact you. |

I say "love your profile, your 189 cock pics make me very horny".
I copy and paste it to all the men within a 200 mile radius.
I sit with my Sent box in a webpage and hit refresh every 10 seconds.
Then I cry as I watch all my yellow Sent mail turns white & then "Deleted".

Also might be worth bearing in mind that some girls (well me and possibly therefore others on here) might leave messages unread or read while we're not in meet mode and might hotlist or save them for when we are. In which case they'll contact you."
I've done that a few times but quite often I go to reply only to find they've left the site!!! |

However would something similar from a male be enough to get your attention?I think as the sheer number of messages you must receive far outnumbers most blokes on this feed there's a real pressure to come up with something different to grab the attention |

I received a first message once from a female. It was about 6 paragraphs of txt, her avatar looked pretty hot. I went to respond and instead of hitting reply I hit delete and then my phone immediately died... Needless to say once it was charged enough to log back in all traces were gone!  |

i have all my message filters on, so im always the one to send the first message. what does it include..usually including the trigger point, of why i am messaging them that very minute, information as to now long ive been keeping an eye on them and what about them i find attractive (personality/ profile wise)with an invitation to keep speaking to me if they want to |

I've sent two in the last month, and still speaking to both. One I now meet regularly for lunch/adventures/naughty fun, the other I started chatting to more recently but I have high hopes.
Both were just from a mooch around the browse section; both I'm glad I messaged!
And there is no way I can remember the first mails to them - it would have been something tailored to them, based on their profiles. Probably tongue in cheek, hopefully actually funny. Neither of them lack for quality veris or attention so I wouldn't have been complacent! |

i have sent messages first but my success rate from sending first messages is zero, ive never had so much as a reply, not even a fuck off you ugly bastard from a single guy ive mailed first, so i stopped sending first messages, just seemed pointless to me when i have guys who mail me, its more productive for me to just go through whos mailed me and mail back the guys i like |

When i send a first message it's because something about that person has caught my eye, or something on their profile has made me want to comment, so it's really easy to send a message as I'll say what it was that attracted me. If you're struggling to find something to write then maybe they aren't inspiring enough and you shouldn't be contacting that person? Just a thought. |
