I use rice noodles as I struggle a bit with wheat, I'm sure I read they were a bit lower in carbs?

If you make pico de gallo, then use that for your guacamole, nothing in the world beats that with a poached egg!

That's exactly what I do ... loads of coriander, lime, chilli and onion, but no tomato. Think I'm addicted to it ....

When I was pregnant with my first child I craved strawberry Angel Delight and had it every day.

Tonight,as I didn't have time to go shopping,it was cheeseburger and chips from the kebab shop. The dog ate half the burger and I threw most of the chips away.

Oh, I'm a fantastic cook just my parents forgot to go food shopping and I have a foot problem that is prohibiting me even walking down the stairs without being in tear bringing pain, so something quick that didnt require standing up was required

Yeah usually at about 2:30 in the morning. We have this nasty habit of getting wrapped up in a conversation or recently Sons of Anarchy, and forgetting it's now AM and L hasn't had her medicine yet...

Mind you she was good the night before last, sofa was soaked well before midnight
