Not sexually, but what things consistently get you through your day at work, or job hunting if your are out of work? You know like, the knowledge that every night or week there is something you look forward to.
Just asking as a guy at work has been really low over the last month, after a chat I asked him what makes him happy at home, it turned out his entire life was centred around getting ready for and being at work. He didn't really have anything to look forward to.
Personally for me I try to go swimming a few times each week, and I maintain a stack of books to help occupy my time. Oh and if I have time I always like to try and cook something different every once in a while.
So what does everyone else do to keep morale up. |

Love jogging but injured at the minute.
Focused on recovering but slightly down when my mates are posting results of there runs and more so when weeks go by without any sign of healing.
I'll be happy when this body stops falling apart on me |

Affectionate pets of any kind are great
We used to have a boxer dog and she always knew if I felt down. Now I occasionally offer to walk and look after my uncles dog when i know he is working long shifts. Nice to help him out, and know that the dog is been looked after, and I don't complain at all the fuss and puppy eyes.
I actually suggested to the guy at work he could look at getting a dog again, they are great companions and help get you out atleast twice a day. |

"Music, my guitar, my books, my fire and the quiet of the countryside. I live in the sticks. "
I'm not musically skilled at all but I've recently started finding an album I've never listened to fully, and playing it on a saturday or sunday whilst I do the dishes and ironing. It's nice to just decide to pay attention to a whole album. |

"Getting lost in a good book. Doesn't have to a new book, I think I even prefer well-loved ones "
Agreed, I love going to libraries or charity shops and looking through books people have read. |

I agree. A few months back i started buying vinyl again. So i just pop it on and leave it playing until it's time to turn it over. |
