At least the IPC have the guts to do what is right given the evidence from the report (or what I understand it to contain).

What do others think?

I tend to agree. I know it's not fair on the clean athletes but it is needed to act as a deterent to others.

I agree the ipc have done what the ioc should have. Unfortunately now it looks like one did to much and the other not enough. Shame really

Being so close to the event I see they had no choice. Being state sponsored, it's hard to see past the wide spread abuse that is bound to have gone on.

It's the right thing to do but have to feel for the athletes. Especially as the IOC have not banned their fellow athletes.
