"Anyone got any films they would recommend as good viewing for a Sunday eve? "
I remembered a good one the other day:
Quick Change
Bill Murray, Randy Quaid and [insert name of Murry's gf] are three bank robbers who pull off the perfect heist - only the getaway goes badly askew.
Very good |

Nice guys has some funny bits in. There's a scene with Goz sat on the toilet which made me literally laugh my balls off. (Not literally) |

Geena Davis. It is a terrific little film. That surreal scene with the Mexican back alley jousters on bicycles stuck with me...."it's bad luck just to see something like that". |

Rushmore is a 1998 comedy-drama film directed by Wes Anderson about an eccentric teenager named Max Fischer (Jason Schwartzman in his film debut), his friendship with rich industrialist Herman Blume (Bill Murray), and their mutual love for elementary school teacher Rosemary Cross (Olivia Williams).

"The Revenant is good."
Hm... I looked forward to seeing that, but, was very underwhelmed.
Dialogue is barely distinguishable from one of the main leads.
Loved the premise... nice to look at, but, I thought it could have been done so much better.
In the same vein... 'Castaway and 'Into The Wild' were much better, in my opinion. |

Alec Baldwin's monologues are same of my favourite movie quotes of all time. "Put. That. Coffee. Down. Coffee is for closers!"
I watched this yesterday. Thanks for the great recommendation!! |

Wasn't a fan of into the wild. Thought the guy was a bit of a dumbass and nasty on his family.
