Could be sarcasm, banter, genuinely feeling frumpy and unattractive to name a few.

Seen it far too often on here and usually from the same attention-seeking few. Not an attractive trait

To be honest, if you want to actually scratch beneath the surface, there is lot of pressure on women to look a certain way, and I think younger blokes are starting to feel the same thing (I've certainly noticed a difference in younger guys body image to that which I had when i was a similar age).

Lots of incredibly attractive women have no confidence at all.

As a father to a girl, I worry about this.

Ahhh.

No, we're not.

Beauty is subjective and most of us will be attractive to some people. However, it's unlikely there is anyone in the world that would find all of us beautiful.

How about not saying patently daft things to try to curry favour with the women here, presumably in the hope it will help you get sex, in the first place?

Available as part of the MrsB merchandise range. I lamppost piss with a mug. It graces workdesks and comes with a matching coaster too. I feel it gives a more personal touch.

Personally guys who message me saying I'm gorgeous, sexy, beautiful, etc make me nervous - it's bullshit!

I'm a realist and have a mirror, I know what I look like and I am certainly not perfect, BUT I have a fabulous sense of humour. Let's face it with a body and face like mine I need it!!!!! Lol xx

"On recent thread many ladies putting themselves down, "munter" "lucky to get laid" etc, why?"

Sad and needy fishing for compliments. Usually the same types that post pictures of their open fannies with names like washedupslut4u, complaining about the zillion messages they have from men treating them like erm...washed up sluts, go figure.

Some how they know how to upload pics of themselves yet struggle to set filters to stop the "unwanted" attention.

Its a dichotomy isn't it? You'd think somewhere like fab would be great for an ego boost, but we're probably *more* open to being rejected on sites like this, than anywhere else.

Perspective, that's a great thing to say. Looks aren't the be all and end all, although when it comes to nsa, fab, etc., it's going to be the first criteria.

Nah not possible, they're all just desperately needy - and need telling so repeatedly in derogatory terms.

Of course, the men who attempt to capitalise on this vulnerability are entirely blameless.

Maybe some days our confidence does get dented when faced with the messages of

"Didn't think you could afford to be fussy? .......hence you having to be on a site like this to get sex.

Please don't flatter yourself"

When you politely say no thank you.

And that is today's nicer messages this mornings from one man was vile!

We are flesh and blood. We have feelings and sometimes things get to us and make us doubt ourselves.
