What can you tell me? I'm on business O2 tariff that will cost when I'm there. Do I just buy a SIM? How does that work?

You could buy a local sim. Money saving expert website has great info.

I always get a local sim when I go abroad , and they usually fit it for me too , miles cheaper , just make sure important contacts are saved to phone

Not if you save everything to phone and sim
