not often i get like this but i could eat a large bowl of cherries, choc ice cream, crushed flake and squirty choc/ raspberry sauce - i might succomb tomorrow |

love cherries - those already pipped and in a jar in fruit juice - drain most of that off and freeze it in ice cubes but some to mingle with the ice cream |
