Been contemplating life this morning.

Things I want to see and do.

So, what's your take on life then?

People spend too much time asking why we are here.

The question should be "Do you deserve to be here?"

Only you can look deep enough within yourself to truly answer that.

Then you will know if your life has any meaning.

Although at a purely biological level it's about passing on your genes...

So get fucking, perverts!

The first part was lovely. Nice, succinct and well put. You really didn't need to add the second part.

Start anywhere.

Look around your immediate environment.

I have been contemplating the point of my life recently. I've spent the last 20 years bring up my kids and being married etc. I now have no wife, my kids are less dependant on me, I've recently lost the girl of my dreams when I should have bloody married her and I spend my days bored off my tits, I have my kids on all my days off so I'm either at work or I have my kids. I need a hobby to get me out of the house and to start living for me again, meanwhile time passes by with not much to show for it. I just don't feel like I'm making the most of life or it me. As for the meaning of this life, it's to get as much out of it as you can because it goes so quick and can be wiped out at any moment

Good point. I think life is a school and we should continuously learn new things until we kick the bucket.

Basically for all our shouting & hollering "Look at Us!!" Our planet and everything on it is as insignificant as a grain of sand on the beach that is the universe.

Knew I shouldn't have taken up astronomy as a hobby all those years ago lol..

Funnily enough my dad & his brother married my mum & her sister so when I got the "When you getting married etc" I pointed out I didn't need to as my older male cousin already had two sons.. Didn't go down well but genetically I think I was accurate

Got two girls now anyway lol

"Been contemplating life this morning.

So, what's your take on life then?"

Life is what you perceive it to be.

You've mentioned 'things I want to see'...

Don't forget that 'seeing' is energy waves hitting your retina, these waves are then converted into electrical impulses that are fed to your brain. Your brain or mind then creates a picture in your head by interpreting these waves of energy. Your 'picture' maybe completely different to mine. The picture in your mind is not what's actually out there.

This is the same for all of your senses. I would say life is what you perceive it to be. You create much of your reality.
