Sandwich with me?

I'm hungry. In the mood for a properly constructed, well thought out sandwich - one made with love and care. But what kind?

What's your favourite sandwich filling, bread type etc, or deconstructed if you're a no bread bunny.

Nom nom.

I started it because i follow the slimming world plan and instead of bread i can have 4 Ryvita each day as a healthy extra B choice

Its still a carb but has lots of wholegrain in it

I LOVE the Sainsburys multi seeded loaf. Cannot be compared to any other ! Yesterday I made a sandwich with it and BBQ chicken, peppers, lettuce, potato salad mashed up and coleslaw. It was insane and almost impossible to eat but it was sooooo goooood!!!!!!

For me it has to be no sauce, the egg should just just on the edge of running providing it's own sauce, but I don't discriminate against sauce lovers

Slice of brown bread, covered in marg or butter.

Cover in lettuce, then lashing of light mayonnaise. Then place a large slice of corned beef on top.

Slice in half some cherry tomatoes and place on top of corned beef.

Take another piece of brown bread and marg or butter BOTH sides, place this on top of the tomatoes.

Then place more lettuce on top.

Add another large slice of corned beef on to the lettuce.

Then cover with lashings of Colman's English mustard.

Finally marg or butter a final piece of brown bread and stick it on top.

Eat whole or cut into triangles.

One of the best sarnies I have ever tasted
