Aside from the occasions when unwell or experiencing bad news, how easily do you laugh or smile?
Are you a jaded cynic with a dry sense of humour or a giggling buffoon?
Unfortunately I'm a bit of a child at times when it comes to humour. How about you? |

I smile as my default setting.
I laugh at the drop of a hat. I properly giggle and giggle and giggle at the oddest things at the most inappropriate times. Better than being a grumpus. |

I rarely laugh out loud and am terrible for 'getting' jokes - until several minutes later. I cannot, for the life of me, ever remember a joke though in other respects my memory's spot on. Embarrassingly I often find childish stuff like The Inbetweeners very funny, but also like surreal, dark comedy like The League of Gentlemen. I also have a very bad habit of laughing/sniggering at inappropriate moments which I have to work hard at suppressing so as not to seem rude or unkind.

Dry humour for me.... And those moments when something bad befalls someone.... Eg. Girl at local cafe. Places one table on top of another and then wacks head on table leg..... Daft right.... But try as I might to stifle a laugh and look sympathetic. I fell apart the moment she looked my way (lucky I'm a regular and she knows I don't mean to) |

I once laughed so hard during class they had to pause it as everyone was starring at me .
I giggle way to much at the weirdest things that no one else finds funny |

I absolutely love to laugh. It's so good for you. I find a guy with a good sense of humour very attractive.
I can be dry and sarcastic and I totally love toilet humour, childish stuff and stuff that a lot would possibly find inappropriate.
Frankie Boyle kills me sometimes. He's so close to the bone |

Actually, I forgot ... FaB, I can't be the only one to find your surreal and often irreverent responses on so many threads a great source of amusement ... particularly when they're then taken seriously by some unsuspecting respondent ...

my son makes me laugh more than anyone i know by the things he says and when he mimics people and teases me about my accent. We both laugh at the same things like the league of gentlemen and keneth williams from the carry on films.
funny animal videos on facebook make me laugh too. Storys you see in the newspapers like the sun. |
