It's about time Yorkshire had a referendum as to wether we still want to be part of the U.K., after all we are bigger than NI,Scotland and Wales and they get devolution and parliaments etc, with the Olympics coming up it reminds me of 4 years ago whenYorkshire was top 10 "countries" in the medals tables.

Who'd a thought thirty years ago you'd all be sittin' there drinking Chateau de Chassilier wine?

If you're in Spain now, you know what to do.

"Yorkshire celebrated by spreading to Cumbria. "

It's part of the plan of the true North, one day Yorkshire will take everything North of Nottingham and we will split from the South. Our superior tea will see us through the divide. :P

In all seriousness, atleast the Lake District national park got an expansion too.

I can't work out how it doesn't cross through Lancashire.

We don't have electricity or running water either, however the flat cap mill is still open as is the whippet breeding farm so we won't go bankrupt yet which when the Brexit decision is implemented won't affect us up'ere in't frozen north where as when all the banking and financial services jobs which lets face it is all the "industry" London has disappear to Frankfurt, Paris, Dublin , New York and Hong Kong we will see a recession in London as house prices plummet and the docklands become wastelands again because of net migration, I'm also wondering what industry and resources London has apart from Coffee shops, Heathrow airport and a few train stations has.
