i did start drinking the tesco value sparkling water but then someone said that was bad for you  i dont like plain water |

A can of fat Coke on workdays at lunch, that's all I have.
I am overweight, however, not quite clinically obsese, and do not have any health issues except a dodgy knee - my leg curves inwards and put extra pressure on the joint, and the extra weight does not help.
I may not be able to run after a bus anymore, however, I can still walk, climb stairs, and cycle with ease and without aid.
I need to loose some weight before I meet my mum in Nov, otherwise the nagging would be unbearable!  |
