I often take time to arrannge meets... If I feel that I can't be arsed with someone I might keep them at arms length for a bit to decide if I actually like them or not...

I find the opposite. Being pushed to make plans, which I just can't. Not practical till October and that's too far ahead for me to know when I will be able to get away. |

Personally I think you would get to know the person better if you met up with them as conversations over the interwebs is very black and white but meh each to their own. |

What if you only have the time to meet one and have 5 offers? How else do you decide which one to go for if you don't take the time beforehand? |

It's not even that, its just I get a good feeling about some nd not others. I'll maybe keep chatting to the thers to see if my opinon changes.
It works for me - I've never ever been stood up/had a no show on a meet, and I've liked the vast majority of them. |

I find that its easier to chat to someone for at least a few days and see if you get on first and in my case pray they don't ask for a face pic straight off
