when he walked on earlier I said to the boss 'he's had a bit done'..
used to have a bloke at work who was somewhat thin on top then went on extended leave and came back with hair..
no matter how hard on tries its difficult not to stare at such things.. |

I don't really understand people putting themselves through surgery to achieve their look but I know they have their reasons. What I really don't understand is why they all come out looking the same, regardless of gender.

They don't need to. If enough people look a bit 'odd', for want of a better word, then we don't challenge a whole group of people who look a bit odd but in a slightly different plastic way. Or, they already look like the people who have had cosmetic surgery and with some many celebrities having it done that becomes our norm.

Was he? The thread isn't specifically about him. It's more a general whimsical thought based on the celebrities and others who go through cosmetic surgery and end up looking like each other. |
