Having trouble accessing some things through kodi,especially sport.heard setting-up a vpn would help,though I have no idea what this is or how it works.any advice from the technically minded welcome.thanks |

Check the App Store or Android equivalent.
A VPN gives you a proxy IP (Internet address) and makes it look like you're connecting from wherever their server is.
For example if you're overseas and can't access UK content (eg on BBC iPlayer) you can connect to a VPN based in London and it looks like you're UK based.
Really easy to use! |

From home,Belfast,UK.
Using the kodi through the Amazon firestick,can watch movies OK,but when I try to see sport,although it shows the sport channels,they are all blank |

Had the same problem however i disabled the sky shield now it works give it a try as long as you have antivirus on computers tablets etc you wont get any nasties also with my mxpro i installed a new build on it last sunday and that can be done easily through programmes on kodi |

Sounds technical is sky shield a pre installed software on Sky routers ?
We are on Bt fibre so perhaps they have a similar thing ? |

If you download the Ares Wizard into your Jodi box that allows you to upgrade or re-install any missing or malfunctioning channels.. including all sky sports etc

I'm having the same trouble with sport channels trying to get the test matches etc
Halow and ukturk used to be fine but not recently
Porn channels working fine though in the meantime :/ |

Google Hola for a free VPN.
I'm having trouble installing Exodus on my mxpro box, I've followed all the instructions got it installed.
I try to load movies or TV I get as far as action, drama etc but when I choose whatever it does its thing in the bottom right hand corner then nothing, won't find any programmes.
I've deleted and started again several times but never seem to get it to work.
Even tried installing direct to my pc but that only goes as far as above.
Any ideas? Thanks Jim |
