Yes mine are the same disguise them and they are fine but put them infront of them in original state you'd think I was poisoning them.

My ex (odd character) recoiled in horror at cold prawns, but would happily beg for my prawn Thai green curry for supper. In fairness, it's a damn good curry, if I do say so myself. |

Yes, my 6 year old. So long as he can't identify it as a tomatoe, he'll eat it. Mealtimes in my house are hard work sometimes. |

one of mine insisted he wouldn't eat onions until i pointed out he ate them if they were on pizza. he's still a bit fussy about them but will eat them cooked if i say they'll taste like pizza onions.
i don't think your kids have to eat every single veg going anyway, so long as they'll eat a few different ones for variety. |

I will only eat celery when it's cooked as part of a dish so i get the tomato thing completely. I also will only eat carrots that have been boiled for about a week so they no longer taste of carrot. |

My taste buds have changed quite a bit since childhood, there's stuff I enjoy now that I wouldn't of gone near with a shitty stick as a kid
Equally some of my childhood eating habits would make me choke now |

I can't eat tomatoes at all, in a sauce it's fine but whole is a no go for me, won't even eat a salad if they are chopped up in there as they contaminate the rest of the salad (hubby thinks it's weird but it's been the same since I was 4) |

My 16 year old lad refuses to eat onions, he'll pick off teeny microscope pieces from a pizza.
He'll eat onion rings and onion bhajis though.
Apparently 'it's different doh' |

My daughter doesn't like tomatoes and refuses to eat anything that has a tomato based sauce.
She's a fussy madam, she likes chicken as long as it's not roasted or has any flavouring on it, I made our own chicken nuggets the other day so they are healthier than buying them and she refused them but I thought they were yummy |

The sight and smell of a corn on the cob with melted butter drizzling down the sides has to be the best thing I have ever seen or could smell, it makes my mouth water just to see. Mmmmmm!!!
The taste however, is the most disgusting. I can't stand it, don't like the flavour and have to pick out individual pieces when mixed in food. It's so bizarre! |

Lots of foods feel different in your mouth with different temperatures. I can only eat beans hot. I tried mixed salad beans cold with a salad and gagged, but I could eat them in chilli or a soup.
My son can't stand cheese but will eat it melted on pizza and on toast. |

Yep my eldest can sniff out a mushroom or tomato hidden a mile off, really annoys me sometimes!! If it's on its own on the plate I understand but not when it's in the actual dish you cooked and he sits there picking it all out!!
