Depends on what it is and if I agreed or not. There are times when I won't be good enough- such as for certain jobs. I'm fine with that. Neither devastated or motivated.  |

I dunno the real answer though... my standards are usually higher than everyone else's so it's never come up.
I think there are better ways to phrase it to get more out of someone though. |

Initially I would be crushed but I hope my fighting spirit would come through & I could turn it into something postive.
