These things piss me off. Has anyone ever got anything worthwhile out of them?

Holy Testicular Tuesday! You must spend a mortgage in Teaco to get that lot.

My Own Little World

I use them for days out with the kids, using the family day out.

Instead of using a £2.50 voucher for my shopping, that £2.50 turns into £10 entry to London Zoo for instance.

Used them on hotel rooms and days out with my daughter.

Paid a substantial amount towards family holidays with the kids.

Car Service and MOT at Halfords on my older car and my daughter's car.

English Heritage membership.

All well worthwhile...........

Days out with the kids, school uniform, Christmas presents ... It's pretty hassle free to change them for something useful and they're worth more than face value when exchanged for days out or meals etc.

North of The Wall - youll need your vest

Topped up my BA airmiles so that I could upgrade from economy to business class.

And last year I used them on one of those double-up deals to get all the serving dishes to feed the hoardes for Xmas dinner without it costing me a penny

They are crap now. Less points for spending, less for petrol and none for taking your own bags. Scandalous!!

An open university degree, about £1000 of jewellery, tiled our bathroom, many other odds and sods.

It's a case of picking the right deal.

Simon uses his tesco credit card for everything then pays it off at the end of the month.

In addition to his OU Degree and jewellery we tiled the bathroom, had meals out, RSPB membership, days out while on holiday, a DAB radio, magazine subscriptions... It's endless for us!
