obviously with modern technology nowadays , the swinging lifestyle is so much more quicker,wider and more accesable ....anyone remember the old contact mag days and if it wasn't for the internet...do you think you would be swinging ? |

remember them well, there were some good ones about (one based in Nottingham i used a lot)
There were a lot of others that were either full of fake ads (i know that went on at at leats one Leeds based one) there were alos a lot of others that were just glorified Escort / Prostitute directories masquerading as contact mags for swingers

We probably wouldn't be playing.
Kate doesn't go online to arrange things so I know for certain she wouldn't write to people through a contact mag.
Although I'm in here every day more or less, I rarely write to other profiles, so I suppose I would just do something else with my time.
We prefer to meet our playmates at parties and clubs and wouldn't really mix in that type of company in our everyday life, so the chances of meeting anyone would be very slim. |

The attraction of contact mags was that people had to make a bit more of an effort.
Write an advert, get a pic or two, post them off with some money and wait about for replies which came by post to your home before you could contact the respondent direct.
It must have made life a lot more difficult for married guys masquerading as single men. |
