ladies....do you find your ability to exercise changes with your cycle?
i have such god awful runs the week i am due on, my legs feel all gangly and un co-ordinated and i find it really hard to get into my groove |

You learn something new every day. I used to run a lot. Done a half marathon and loads of 10ks but fell in love got injured (3yr ago) and neglected myself and my health |

Yeah use to... and very little you can do about it am afraid. It's due to hormone levels and water retention etc...
May be try lavender gel on your legs, it's good to cool them down and is helpful if your legs feel heavy.
You can also choose the best time of day for you to run. I run in the morning. Afternoon and evening legs are already tired and pre mens will only make you feel more tired.
