"Bloody hell! I didn't realise what a powers voice she had!
*singing*..."take another little piece of my heart now baby...""
She was amazing, even better live.
Check out Sammy Hagar's cover of that song too. |

She was amazing, wish she had lived, like many that died early at that time they had only just begun there journey, what great music would they have given us.
Joplin was the greatest voice ever for me.Jim Morrison also a great loss, hendrix etc,so much waste of unfulfilled talent very sad |

Do a bit of digging through the normal channels.
She is another sad loss, so talented but so young. |

Always on tour plenty of spotlight she could make a song through power of the vocals have meaning make it talk back to her she had great spirit in lifting the audience she recognised the world loved her but her love of drugs or use of drugs which it would have been in the end in a overdose in los angeles in 1970 took away a talent the world had known she was takeing the world by storm but either through depression or stardom she could not handle the pressure what a shame she turned to drugs like so many artists. |

"She is another sad loss, so talented but so young. "
She never quite fit in anywhere in life, suffered from depression and I think she was voted "Ugliest Man On Campus" while she as at uni :/
She was very unhappy.
Janice Joplin died at 27 of a heroin overdose.

She hated her hometown they gave her such grief. They just didn't get her.
Joanne Shaw Taylor reminds me of her at times (vocal wise). |
