I dont know but have you noticed how mr dickhead driving the van,drives at a snails pace when in front of you and like nigel mansell when you're in front of him. |

Technically, before the first white van was manufactured, there were no white van men.
That is a bit simplistic though because there were many men wanting to be white van men. It was a latent desire within their souls.
So there is no answer. Except for a question.
