It's not the old ones of alcohol or gambling it's far worse I'm a breadaholic I'm going to try an Atkins type diet from tomorrow. What wired addictions do the rest of you have to combat

Carb addiction is a real thing. I have it but I gave them up 9 years ago.

They are but once you stop, the cravings virtually disappear and it's very easy to resist.
