Not been mentioned before....
I'm a Chef. But not just any old chef, I am a pastry chef.
And no I don't just make pastry lmao. I make deserts, wedding cakes, ice creams, chocolates and confectionery. |

I have been what the actors call resting since April. In all reality I have been studying and now am looking for work. Engineering Operations Management in the support of overseas projects, exploration, agriculture and engineering production.

I am currently working my last week in a lovely local cafe, I thought I'd hate it but I think it's my best job I've ever had and I'm going to so so miss it
