We tell people regular that we are not interested.its hard to start with but most people dont harrass once we've told them.you occcasionally get the saddo who keeps asking why?please give me a chance?i tfend to lose my patience with these,and dont mind up setting them with "you are ugly with a tiny cock"..rarely do i need to use that line thoigh.. |

Thanks that is how I've tried to be - everyone has a type and I am sure I am not to everyone's liking so I think people should take it on the chin and move on... I get some snooty messages back... |

I say thanks but no thanks and wish them well on the site.
If I mention type or say that I'm not meeting at the moment that leaves it open for them to keep messaging and I really don't want to get cornered into telling someone their picture looks like a police sketch of a kiddy fiddler 
It's not rude to simply say no. As long as the tone is pleasant noone should get arsey. If they do then I feel fine in offering a sarcastic slapdown and/or reporting and blocking. |

I would say it comes down to the level of information held by the person messaging, if they expect an outcome, and dont get it, they will respond negatively as a reflex action, it more a showing of them than of you, and i think the people who aren't patient enough to accept that not everybody is looking for the same as what they are, tend to have an imaginary idea of what this site is, which is often never achievable, people just lack a sense of connection really. |
