cancelling a verification?

is there a way to take back a verification? just been asked by someone i met to cancel one so that his friends don't see he's been with a guy...

He can chose not to show the text but the meet will register on the Summary - there's no way for him to remove it altogether.

He doesn't need to display it.

Once you press send it's theirs to do with what they wish. They only way for you to take it back is to block the person.

You don't have to show the summary either.
