I have an almighty blister on my foot that I'd rather heal naturally... but it's just coming up on the side of the heel and I can barely walk, never mind put shoes on and go shopping for any treatments!
Any ideas of the best way to drain it? |

"I use to just prick mine with an pin, drain it off but leaves the skin to cover it."
That's what I tend to do ... occasionally cover the skin with a plaster if likely to rub on shoes but let it get plenty of air otherwise |

It may sound strange ,but soak your foot in green tea ,its an anti inflammatory that aids healing,or just soak it in warm water which will help to soften it and drain the fluid inside ,hope this helps |
