There's a girl on my team who has recently been diagnosed with MS.

She does not let it stop her and every day shares her perfect smile.

My dad. Holds the family together (whole extended family) plus he's a rock. Had a heart attack last year and made me realise all over again how legendary he is.

He makes me want to be a dad to be honest. Top bloke

he was old school with a very quick whit

hes sadly passed away

he will always be my hero

Definitely my grandad, left school at 8, taught himself as he got older, taught himself how to drive then gave himself a license whilst in the Army, ran a multimillion pound company. Fought cancer and kicked ass, will happily do DIY despite not being able to breathe half the time. The kindest, honest most reliable person I've ever met.

My nan. A real matriarch of the family. She's 4ft 8 but seems like she's 8ft. She's had a rough life and she's one of the most positive, happy people I've ever met. Strong, solid and always there for her family.

Both my parents, my father passed away when my siblings and I were young teens. He was such a lovely Dad. My Mum then bought us all up single handed and we lost her far too young as well. But they both never complained when they were poorly before we lost them and gave us a great upbringing. I consider myself lucky to have had such loving parents.

My best friend. Life has thrown her some absolute crap. The way she picks herself up and becomes a lioness to protect her cubs is truly inspiring.

My sister. She's an absolute superstar. I know I wouldn't have made it this far without her. She's my true other half.

Malcolm X always has been one to me, his continual intellectual evolution and his ability of publicly acknowledging his mistakes made him a great man in my eyes.

Henry David Thoreau as well, the way he lived his life and sticked to his principles.
