Does your membership or liking of FAB show up on FB ?

If you have given someone your phone number which is linked to Facebook then you can show on their people you may know, or they sync their contacts and your FB profile will show up.

Nope.... only if you have your number connect to fb and you give it to someone off here let say they can find you on fb through that etc but that's it xx

I had this. Had women showing up on my Facebook people you may know bit who is not chatted to in years!! With a different number!!

I'm off Facebook now since they changed their own terms and conditions

Kik uses a name not your phone number. But Whatsapp will direct you to the mini profile you have, what details you put on there is up to you.

i've never given fb my number but whatsapp links to other peoples facebook for me.

Kik will pop up from contacts in your phone but you can turn the setting off

Only way is if they hve your phone number, they can search through contacts

Facebook own Whatsapp.

The app on your phone also has permission to take information from your contacts and pretty much anything else you do on your phone.

Kik is more private.

If you really want to stay private though, you might want to use a different phone for Fab contacts.
