I have more experience with army than the others so it's difficult to compare. I've only met one RAF personnel,he was great,I will admit. For stamina the Marines win hands down. Army men were all different, from sensual to adventurous. I don't think you can compare them.

I believe RAF are academically the smartest because I'm sure they have to have a levels or something before they can join?

I've only ever shagged 2 people and they were from the parachute regiment I think they believe their hype, they have it drilled into them that they are the shit and "the elite" not their fault but for them to do what they do they have to believe they are the best.

Royal Marines are a branch of the Royal navy. Army would have to be para reg. RAF would have to be a gunner. As someone said earlier all trained to do a specific task.

When I had to choose it was 45 commando.

Which is better at sex - no idea...

Which is better militarily. ... none of them as each has a specific role, some responsibilities will overlap so you could find a person in the Army doing almost exactly the same role as a person in the RAF, you'd have to define the exact role in which they are to be judged to find out who would perform better.

Statistically you are correct. The highest average level of education is in the RAF followed by Navy and then its the Army. Army however if I remember correctly has the most diverse members out of all of the services.

Not really, unless things have changed greatly since my day, in fact one of the first things all services personnel are told at the beginning of training is that if they get a tattoo and it becomes infected they will be charged with having a 'self inflicted wound' rendering them unfit for duty. Also that having a tattoo will make them easier to identify if caught behind enemy lines, and cause them to be excluded from certain military rolls for the same reason.

It doesn't matter what unit we served with. When we left we became ex forces.

None can survive in a vacuum. Aircrew need maintenance crews and the infantryman needs REMFs to make sure he can fight.

We all did our bit and and hold our heads up high. It's for others to decide if the jobs we were sent on was right. We just did as we were asked in accordance with the laws laid down.

Really?? All three services have been massively over worked in recent times since the Falklands we have had Bosnia, Sierra Leone, Iraq? Afghanistan. All took their toll on all three services. With the 1% pay rise I've the past 5 years, which effectively is a pay drop, many personnel are disillusioned and ready to leave.

Very very concerned with how this thread is going if this is the only piece of inter tri service banter. The ex service personnel in this thread have become far too PC for fabs sake. In real life or Facebook the mud slinging would have started yonks ago in light hearted way.

Admittedly someone had to start it off with the RAF reg, an easy target.

Surprised someone hasn't utilised the all emcompassing phrase "crap hat!" Or would they be using their aces too early.

All this disrespect for our forces is really quite upsetting. Whether you agree with the reasons why they do their job or the tasks they are set on behalf of our government the fact remains that they risk life and limb for you and I. There are currently numerous theatres across the world where uk forces are involved. My boy passed out at catterick a few weeks ago, he got to his barracks on Saturday gone, he's off to the Falklands tomorrow for 8 weeks and then he's off to South Sudan in January for 6 months, the corporal who died in Brecon 2 days ago was his section commander right through his training, he died trying to better himself. In my job which is one of the emergency services I come across many ex servicemen and women who are basically worn out shells, just last night I referred an ex special forces guy to a local charity because he tried to hang himself due to PTSD, I got there just in time, it's heartbreaking to see. I just think we should all show a bit of respect and gratitude for those willing to go out there and risk it all so we can walk the streets in relative safety, it's no picnic out there for them at the minute and it's getting worse by the day. I for one appreciate those that serve or have served. Thank you,

I have to agree with you their it is heartbreaking to see fellow ex servicemen like that.

I cam back from holiday at easter to find out that an old friend of mine had tried the same thing due to PTSD.

Have you seen the #22KILL that are trying to bridge the gap between veterans and civilians to build a community of support.

"Would you not agree that the actions of the Brits have made the country less stable and more unsafe?"

Can we get things in perspective here? The armed forces take their orders ultimately from the Voters, All services take their orders from the chain of command, which ultimately leads upwards to the MOD in Whitehall London. Those in Whitehall take their orders from the Prime minister, who was elected by the people. If you think the country is unsafe then elect someone whose more honest and less likely to be manipulated by "Our special relationship" with other countries. Or are you the type of person who swears at the postman because they bring you bad news or a bill? Because ultimately what you get is want you voted for, and if you think the military are a bunch of moronic drones who only do what they're told. Then imagine the country if everyone who works in the public service does what they want and not what they're told to do. Police, fire, ambulance, hospital, water companies, gas company, council workers, electric suppliers, teachers, bin-men. without having people willing to set aside their personal preference and do what others tell them the whole country would cease to function.

What happened in Brecon 2 days ago? It was absolutely boiling here Tuesday the guy I've been shagging is teaching a course there the past 11 days and Tuesday he started at 4:30am and sent a picture and said it's gonna be a hard day for them today in this heat, so skmeone actually died Tuesday?

Not sure if you're talking about the armed forces or the government.

However, things have gone wrong and the armed forces have got things wrong. They are however accountable and enquiries are on going.

But let's not be holier than thou as your two uncles were willing to either stand by, or perhaps participate, in the murder of two soldiers..

Persoanlly I don't see the difference in that murder and the murder of Lee Rigby

Sad, it happens quite a lot. In my 33 year of being alive I've heard of so many deaths there under the same conditions. But the training courses they do are hard, they do SAS selection tests there as well and welsh heat can't rival the heat they'd experience in middle eastern countries. The tests ultimately determine if they would survive and be able to do their job.

Hillarious irony isn't it.

Using ones freedom to criticise the very people that guarantee the freedom to express ones stupidity in the first place.

The logic is all over the place too. So a few soldiers were bad eggs or cracked under pressure, what percentage of them do they represent ffs.

That's like saying we shouldn't have bin collections because Rotherham council covered up child abuse.

I don't agree with what your saying, but I have laid my life on the line many many times in order for you to view your thoughts!

Have you? What in the last few decades have the brit forces done to make the country or the world safer?"

You're judging the forces when in most respects you might want to point the finger at the politicians. The vast majority of service personnel just want to do a good job and hope to make a positive difference. I appreciate you may have specific reasons for feeling the way you do, but please don't tar everyone with the same brush. The way the world has turned is down to politicians rather than the boots on the ground.

"Well done. You have made things worse!

Sorry but I have no respect for those that blindly follow orders.

Crack on. But don't ever rely on the police, fire service or prison service. They're all disciplined, uniformed services sometimes following orders they don't agree with.

To put it simply, if they didn't follow orders then the services wouldn't work.

Those mentioned haven't been involved in murders like bloody Sunday, Aiden mcanespie or assisted the shankhill butchers."

Once again i'very no doubt there will have been a minority in the past who haven't done things as they should have been done, but you appear to see all British forces as evil because of a few. It's no different to saying all Irish people are bad because the terrorists on both sides have done bad things. From a personal perspective it's my belief that the vast majority of the Irish people are warm and hospitable. Fingers crossed we never go back to those days.

"Looking at the number of matlots on here I think we need to organise swingers run ashore

Loving that idea lol!

Fantastic idea....... Where and when?? We're in! Not anywhere like Jo's though!"

Jo's - or the RN School of Dancing is nothing more than a flat piece of land these days sadly. A Fab social would be a top idea though!

All have merits. Met some super fit army. Marines. Paras.

It depends on the man of course, not the military group

Royal Navy - Senior Service - nice uniform and the best marchers with an easy rolling gait swagger. No foot stomping, noisy shit. 'Nuff said

Bootnecks/Cabbage Heads - even though they were created to stop us mutinous swabs setting skippers adrift in open boats.

Crabfats - New kids on the block but better manners than pongoes and you can't beat fast air for getting you out of the shit.

Pongoes - mad fuckers. But at least they're our mad fuckers
